Group travel made simple, organized, and enjoyable.
Group bookings have a few simple requirements that help secure space, pricing, and cabin proximity for your group.
Group Booking Requirements
Plan ahead: Group space can often be held with little to no deposit until 4–6 months before sailing, but booking 12–18 months in advance helps keep cabins together on the same deck.
Minimum group size: 8 double-occupancy cabins held until 120–180 days prior to departure; deposits may vary by cruise line.
No-deposit option: Up to 16 cabins can be held with no money due.
Larger groups: Groups over 16 cabins typically require a $50 deposit per cabin.
Additional guests: 3rd and 4th guests are allowed only when group-rate cabins can accommodate them.
Lock in prices: Full deposits must be paid to lock in current price rates; deposits must be paid within 3 business days.
Group amenities add extra value to your trip. These added benefits are designed to enhance the overall experience and help your group enjoy more time together while traveling with ease.
Potential Group Amenity Benefits
Enjoy the option of indulging in a fresh fruit tray or chocolate-covered strawberries.
Savor bottles of red or white wine, or champagne, as an in-cabin amenity.
Enjoy the option of having $25, $50, $100, or $150 added to your cabin as onboard credit to use anywhere throughout your trip. Whether you’re planning some onboard shopping or have an excursion in mind, this added perk gives you the flexibility to enjoy it all!
Treat your taste buds to an unforgettable evening at one of the ship’s specialty dining restaurants, where exceptional flavors and carefully crafted menus await.
In some cases, when enough cabins are booked, the lead cabin may receive a significant discount on their cruise vacation—often covering the cruise fare, though taxes and port fees typically still apply.
