Payments & Pricing

 All prices are subject to availability at the time of booking and are not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed by the travel supplier. By submitting payment, you authorize DreamCrafters Travels to apply payments toward your reservation according to supplier policies.

Final Payment

 Final payment deadlines are set by the travel supplier and are strictly enforced. Failure to submit payment by the final due date may result in cancellation and applicable penalties. Clients may make custom or partial payments prior to the final payment date, when permitted by the supplier.

Cancellations & Changes

 All cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by the policies of the travel supplier (cruise line, hotel, tour operator, etc.). DreamCrafters Travels is not responsible for penalties imposed by suppliers. Some bookings may be non-refundable.

Travel Protection

 Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected events such as trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or supplier changes. If travel protection is declined, the client assumes full financial responsibility for any losses.

Documents & Information

 Clients are responsible for ensuring all traveler information (legal names, dates of birth, passport details, and visas) is accurate and matches government-issued identification. DreamCrafters Travels is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Responsibility & Liability

 DreamCrafters Travels acts solely as an agent for travel suppliers and is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, weather events, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Acceptance of Terms

 Payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as the policies of all travel suppliers involved in the booking.
