DreamCrafters Travels LLC provides travel planning, research, reservation coordination and client support. We assist travelers in selecting and arranging cruises and other travel services, but we do not own, operate or control the cruise lines, excursion operators, insurance providers or other independent suppliers that provide those services.
Travel reservations are subject to the terms, conditions, policies and requirements of the applicable travel supplier. DreamCrafters Travels will assist with communication and coordination when needed; however, supplier decisions, operations and policies remain under the control of the applicable supplier.
Cruise fares, promotions, taxes, fees, cabin inventory and other travel pricing are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed by the applicable travel supplier.
Quotes and proposals provided by DreamCrafters Travels LLC reflect the pricing and availability available at the time they are prepared. A quoted fare, promotion, cabin, itinerary or other travel option is not guaranteed to remain available until the reservation has been confirmed by the supplier.
Promotions may have eligibility requirements, restrictions, expiration dates or booking conditions established by the travel supplier. DreamCrafters Travels cannot guarantee future price reductions, promotions or continued availability.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing and approving final reservation details and pricing before authorizing a deposit or payment.
Travel reservations may require deposits, scheduled payments, final payments or other actions by deadlines established by the applicable travel supplier. Payment requirements and deadlines vary by supplier, fare type, promotion and reservation.
Travelers are responsible for making required payments and providing requested information by the applicable deadlines. Failure to meet a supplier's deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation, loss of pricing or promotions, penalties or other consequences under the supplier's terms.
DreamCrafters Travels LLC will provide reminders and assistance throughout the planning and booking process; however, travelers remain responsible for monitoring travel communications and completing required actions on time.
Payments for travel reservations are processed according to the applicable travel supplier's payment procedures and policies.
Travel pricing, promotions, availability, taxes, fees, and other charges are determined by the applicable travel supplier and may change without notice until a reservation and applicable pricing have been confirmed by the supplier.
A quote, proposal, or itinerary provided by DreamCrafters Travels LLC does not guarantee pricing or availability until the applicable reservation has been confirmed by the travel supplier and any required deposit or payment has been successfully processed.
After booking, certain supplier-imposed charges may still be subject to adjustment when permitted by the supplier's terms and applicable law. These may include government taxes and fees, port charges, fuel supplements or surcharges, currency-related adjustments, or other charges imposed by a travel supplier or governmental authority.
Promotional offers, discounts, onboard credits, amenities, and other incentives are subject to the terms and eligibility requirements established by the applicable supplier and may change, expire, or be withdrawn.
DreamCrafters Travels LLC does not control supplier pricing, promotional availability, taxes, fees, or surcharges and is not responsible for increases or adjustments imposed by a travel supplier or governmental authority.
Clients are responsible for reviewing their booking confirmation, invoice, and applicable supplier terms and for making all required payments by the stated deadlines.
If DreamCrafters Travels LLC becomes aware of a material supplier-imposed pricing adjustment affecting a client's reservation, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate the change and any options made available by the supplier.
Travel reservations are subject to the cancellation, change and refund policies established by the applicable cruise line or other travel supplier. These policies may vary by supplier, fare type, promotion and travel component and may become more restrictive as the scheduled travel date approaches.
Deposits, payments and other travel components may become partially or fully non-refundable according to supplier terms. Changes to an existing reservation may result in fare differences, loss of promotions, additional charges or other supplier-imposed fees.
DreamCrafters Travels LLC will assist travelers with requested changes and cancellations; however, DreamCrafters Travels does not determine or control supplier cancellation penalties, refund eligibility, refund amounts or processing timelines.
Travelers should contact DreamCrafters Travels promptly when requesting a change or cancellation and are responsible for reviewing the applicable supplier terms before authorizing payment.
Cruise lines and other travel suppliers may modify itineraries, ports of call, ships, accommodations, transportation schedules, activities or other components of a trip before or during travel.
Changes may occur due to weather, operational requirements, safety concerns, government restrictions, mechanical issues or other circumstances determined by the applicable supplier or authorities.
DreamCrafters Travels LLC will assist travelers with available information and supplier communication when changes occur; however, DreamCrafters Travels does not control supplier operations or guarantee that any particular itinerary, port, schedule, ship, activity or other travel component will remain unchanged.
Any compensation, refunds, credits, substitutions or alternative arrangements resulting from supplier-initiated changes are determined according to the applicable supplier's terms and policies.
DreamCrafters Travels LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, losses, additional expenses, or changes to travel arrangements resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, severe weather, hurricanes, natural disasters, fire, flooding, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or labor disruptions, government actions or restrictions, border closures, public health emergencies, epidemics or pandemics, quarantine requirements, transportation disruptions, mechanical or operational failures, port closures, supplier disruptions, or other events that could not reasonably be prevented or controlled by DreamCrafters Travels LLC.
When an event beyond DreamCrafters Travels LLC's control affects a client's travel arrangements, DreamCrafters Travels LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist the client with available alternatives, changes, credits, refunds, or other remedies offered by the applicable travel supplier.
Any refund, future travel credit, rebooking option, reimbursement, or other remedy remains subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and decisions of the applicable travel supplier and, when applicable, the client's travel protection provider.
Travelers are responsible for additional costs resulting from disrupted or changed travel arrangements unless those costs are covered or reimbursed by the applicable travel supplier, travel protection provider, or other responsible party.
Nothing in this provision is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
DreamCrafters Travels LLC – An Affiliate Agent of Cruise Brothers assists clients with arranging travel services provided by independent third-party travel suppliers.
DreamCrafters Travels LLC does not own, operate, manage, or control cruise lines, transportation providers, excursion operators, hotels, tour operators, or other independent travel suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, negligence, service failures, schedule or itinerary changes, cancellations, delays, overbooking, loss or damage to baggage or personal property, or other matters within the supplier's control.
DreamCrafters Travels LLC is not responsible for losses, damages, expenses, or disruptions resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
Travelers remain responsible for their personal conduct, compliance with supplier rules, travel documentation, timely arrival, and decisions regarding participation in excursions, activities, transportation, and other travel experiences.
Where a problem involves services provided by a third-party supplier, DreamCrafters Travels LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist the traveler in communicating with the applicable supplier and identifying remedies the supplier may make available.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive, restrict, or limit any duty, obligation, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived, restricted, or limited under applicable law, including applicable protections under the Florida Sellers of Travel Act.
Unexpected circumstances can occur before or during travel. DreamCrafters Travels LLC strongly recommends that travelers consider purchasing travel protection appropriate for their individual circumstances and travel arrangements.
Travel protection may provide coverage for certain events such as trip cancellation or interruption, travel delays, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, baggage loss or delay, and other covered circumstances, depending on the specific policy purchased.
Coverage, exclusions, limitations, eligibility requirements, claim procedures, and benefits vary by policy and provider. Travelers are responsible for reviewing the terms of any travel protection plan and determining whether the coverage is appropriate for their needs.
DreamCrafters Travels LLC may provide information regarding available travel protection options but does not determine coverage, approve or deny claims, guarantee reimbursement, or interpret insurance policy provisions on behalf of the insurance provider. Coverage and claim determinations are made solely by the applicable travel protection or insurance provider according to the terms of the purchased policy.
Travelers who choose not to purchase travel protection accept responsibility for financial losses, penalties, or expenses that may otherwise have been eligible for coverage under a travel protection plan, subject to applicable law.
Travelers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information for all reservations, including names exactly as they appear on the identification or travel documents that will be used for travel, dates of birth, citizenship information, and any other information required by the applicable travel supplier.
Travelers are responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and carrying all documentation required for their trip. Depending on the itinerary and traveler, this may include valid government-issued identification, passports, visas, entry or transit authorizations, documentation required for minors, and any other documents required by the applicable cruise line, transportation provider, destination, or governmental authority.
Travelers are also responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable destination entry, health, vaccination, testing, screening, or other travel requirements that may be in effect for their itinerary. Requirements may vary based on citizenship, residency, age, destination, itinerary, or other individual circumstances and may change before departure.
DreamCrafters Travels LLC may provide general information, resources, and reminders regarding travel documentation and entry requirements; however, travelers are responsible for verifying the requirements that apply to their individual circumstances with the appropriate governmental authorities and travel suppliers.
Failure to obtain or carry required documentation or to meet applicable entry, health, or travel requirements may result in denied boarding, denied entry, delays, cancellation, additional expenses, or interruption of travel. Any resulting costs or losses are the responsibility of the traveler unless otherwise covered by the applicable travel supplier or travel protection provider.
Travelers should notify DreamCrafters Travels LLC as early as possible of any accessibility needs, mobility requirements, dietary requests, service animal arrangements, medical equipment needs, or other accommodations that may affect their travel arrangements.

Travelers under the age of 18 may be subject to additional identification, documentation, consent, supervision or travel requirements established by cruise lines, transportation providers, government authorities or destination countries.
Requirements may vary depending on the minor's age, citizenship, itinerary and whether the minor is traveling with both parents or legal guardians, one parent or guardian, or another accompanying adult.
DreamCrafters Travels LLC may provide information regarding known supplier requirements; however, the responsible parent, legal guardian or accompanying adult is responsible for verifying and satisfying all requirements applicable to minors in their traveling party before departure.
Failure to provide required documentation or satisfy applicable requirements may result in denied boarding or other travel disruptions.
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information and for monitoring communications related to their travel arrangements, including email, text messages, travel applications, supplier communications, and other methods used to provide important trip information.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing booking confirmations, invoices, itineraries, payment schedules, travel documents, and other information provided by DreamCrafters Travels LLC or the applicable travel supplier and for promptly reporting any errors, discrepancies, or requested changes.
Travelers are responsible for responding to requests for information, completing required forms, submitting traveler details, making required payments, and meeting all supplier and travel-related deadlines.
DreamCrafters Travels LLC may provide reminders regarding deposits, final payments, documentation, online check-in, and other important travel dates as a courtesy. These reminders do not transfer responsibility for meeting applicable deadlines from the traveler to DreamCrafters Travels LLC.
Travelers should notify DreamCrafters Travels LLC as soon as reasonably possible of changes that may affect their travel arrangements, including changes to contact information, traveler names or details, accessibility or dietary needs, or other relevant requests.
Failure to review communications, respond to requests, provide required information, or meet applicable deadlines may result in reservation changes, cancellation, loss of promotional benefits, additional charges, or other consequences imposed by the applicable travel supplier.
DreamCrafters Travels LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist clients throughout the planning and booking process; however, each traveler remains responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms, requirements, and information applicable to their individual travel arrangements.
DreamCrafters Travels LLC – An Affiliate Agent of Cruise Brothers acts as an intermediary in arranging travel services provided by independent third-party suppliers, including cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, excursion operators, hotels, and other travel-service providers.
DreamCrafters Travels LLC does not own, operate, manage, or control these third-party suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, representations, warranties, operations, schedule changes, cancellations, delays, service failures, or other performance.
